Brief History
Often called "Water World" by most, this planet is comprised of 99% water in the livable regions. The top layer of the crust is actually floating on the oceans themselves. The water is rumored to be freezing, but as of yet, not a famous exploring soul is willing to swim through the depths to find what is down there!
The planet itself is like any other planet with a sentient race, dominated and controlled by that race. Bierion Elves were the only race known to be able to breathe underwater, and they have massive and intricate honeycombs of tunnels and cities that work their way through the entire planet.
Because of the instability of the crust, there are no known cities on the terrestrial continents.
